Customers have the right to return or exchange products purchased from our website in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law and the conditions specified in this policy. We are committed to providing an excellent shopping experience and ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Return Period

You can return products within 14 days from the date of receipt. The period begins the day after you receive the product. You must notify us of your intention to return within this period to obtain approval.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, products must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories
  • All labels and tags must be attached to the product
  • The original invoice or purchase receipt must be included
  • The product must be clean and free from any odors or stains

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

Exchange

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact customer service. Exchanges will be processed the same way as returns, but we will send you the replacement product as soon as we receive the original item. Exchanges are only available if the requested product is in stock.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent. In the case of defective or incorrect products, Zahra Moda will bear all shipping costs both ways.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be returned to the same card. The refund may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will ask you to send photos of the defect, and we will arrange an immediate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority.
