Distance Sales Agreement

Parties

Subject of Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the ordered products.

Order Process

The order process is completed through the following steps:

1. Select the product from the catalog
2. Add the product to the shopping cart
3. Enter delivery and billing information
4. Complete the payment process
5. Receive order confirmation via email

Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are final prices and include all applicable taxes.

Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated according to Turkish laws.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
• Debit Cards
• Bank Transfer
• Cash on Delivery (if available)

All transactions are encrypted and secured using SSL protocols.

Delivery

Delivery is made within 3-7 business days from the date of order confirmation (may vary depending on location).

Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery address and package weight.

The seller is responsible for delivering the product in good condition and free from defects.

Product Inspection

The buyer must inspect the product upon delivery and check for any damage. In case of visible defects, the package should be refused and the seller should be immediately notified.

Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the date of receiving the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and in its original condition with all labels and packaging. The seller must be notified within the withdrawal period.

Warranty

All new products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law.

In case of defective products, the buyer can request repair, replacement, or refund according to the law.

Liability

The seller is responsible for delivering the product in accordance with the stated specifications and free from defects.

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery and notifying the seller of any problems in a timely manner.

Force Majeure

In case of force majeure (natural disasters, war, strikes, etc.), obligations may be suspended until the situation is resolved. The buyer will be notified of any delays.

Personal Data Protection

The buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, the buyer can apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within legally defined value limits.

Jurisdiction belongs to the courts of the buyer's place of residence or where the contract is executed.

Amendments

The seller reserves the right to amend the terms of this agreement. Buyers will be notified of any material changes.

Acceptance

By placing an order, the buyer is deemed to have read and agreed to all terms of this agreement.

Effective Date

This agreement becomes effective upon placing the order and receiving confirmation from the seller.
